71 Monte Carlo
I finally talked some sense into my oldest son. He is selling his 84 & 85 Camaros and putting his money into a real classic. |
He saw this car one day from the school bus, so I went to look at
it and purchased it for 200 dollars.
There is no motor or tranny in it but it is solid and straight.

The only body work it needs is a little around both rear wheel wells, but no big deal. There is one small hole in one of the rocker panels and three small holes in the floor. |
All the chrome is straight but the bumpers do need replating. And the front seat was missing. |
The dash was out of the car but has no cracks or tears in it. |
Nick's 76 Monte Carlo
I went to get this Monte for a parts car. It was completly stripped out, it was someone else's parts car. Someone had sideswiped the passenger side and the front fenders were pretty rotten. We brought it home on a Saturday afternoon and decided the main body was too nice to scrap. It was a bucket seat car and had no holes in the floor or trunk. By Saturday night it had a set of good front fenders on it, front header and tail lights. I was able to pop out most of the dent in the passenger side rear quarter. I have just about everything to put this car back together, including a complete Black interior with swivel bucket seats. The best part of this car was the price, IT WAS FREE!! and had a clear title. |
Pass Side was Sideswiped
The dent in the quarter has been popped out. The only thing I still need is a door for this side. It is smashed pretty good and rotten on the bottom. |
